Safe and Sweet Home Care provides in-home personal care assistance under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.  At Safe and Sweet Home Care, we care for our patients’ health and wellbeing and provide services such as:

How It Works

If qualified, your or your loved ones' care can be funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Community Health Choices program; therefore, there will be no cost to you.

Community Health Choices Waiver provides financial assistance for participants who meet certain financial eligibilities. However, there are many who will not qualify.
